We have been supporting the Kent, Sussex and Surrey Air Ambulance service for over ten years, as Diligence, but the relationship started long before Diligence Digital was created. Our Director, James, started working for Kent Air Ambulance (as is was known back then), in 1995. He is very proud that he and now Diligence, has been able to serve the charity for 22 years.
Throughout this long standing relationship we have seen the charity undergo a number of changes in structure and expansion into Sussex and Surrey - James helped raise awareness online, when the charity expanded its operations. James and the Diligent ones have also provided the support with several revisions to their digital strategy.
The current version of their website is number 6, over the 22 years of our involvment, that's roughly new website every 4 years. Throughout this time we have provided Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance (we call them KiSS inhouse) with a fully updatable, content management system (bespoke to the charity) which has provided the backbone and flexibility they have required over the past 2 decades!
The websites always reflect the charities brand values and encourage charitable donations and other related activities.
Our ongoing maintenance and support package allows us to focus on proactively improving clickthrough rates and conversions for their primary goals of donations and raffle ticket purchases. Recent improvements have included a News Hub for distributing the various news articles published by the Air Ambulance, a revamped homepage and a soon to launch Bookings Module which can be used for anything from golf days to Dinners.
